Collaboration with ROBYG. Photography of residential projects
My collaboration with the nationwide developer ROBYG involved producing photographic sessions for 19 residential estates and housing projects of very different scales. From intimate, low-rise developments to large, multi-stage urban complexes shaping new parts of the city. Each session was based on close cooperation with the investor’s team and architects, with a shared focus on defining what truly matters in a given project and how it should be communicated visually. Working on developments such as Royal Residence, Mój Ursus, Port Popowice, Modern Space and Życzliwa Praga, my approach went beyond documenting architecture as an object. The goal was to capture the character of each place. The proportions of the buildings, the rhythm of façades, the materials and the relationships between architecture and its surroundings were photographed with the end user in mind. Location and context played an important role as well, whether urban or landscape-driven, often completing the architectural narrative. The scope of the sessions focused primarily on daytime photography. This included general views of building forms, wider shots of entire residential complexes, and images showing their spatial layout and connection to the surroundings. Particular attention was given to architectural details such as façade materials, entrance zones, balconies, terraces and shared spaces, elements that strongly influence the perceived quality of a development. Depending on the project, elevated viewpoints were also used to clearly present the scale of the estate and its place within the urban structure.

The photographs were created for use in project presentations, marketing materials and the developer’s brand communication. Their role was to build a calm, coherent visual language, free from excessive promotional tension. This is architecture shown from a human perspective, allowing the viewer to imagine it as a place to live, not just another completed investment.
