Collaboration with Skanska Residential Development Poland
My collaboration with Skanska Residential Development Poland involved creating comprehensive architectural photography for newly completed residential projects in Warsaw. From the very beginning, the goal was not only to document the finished buildings, but also to capture the character of each development and show how these spaces function in everyday life. This approach is particularly important to me when photographing residential architecture, where atmosphere and human scale play a key role alongside architectural form.

      Residential Architecture and Urban Context
As part of this cooperation, I photographed new stages of the Mickiewicza housing development in the Bielany district, the second phase of Holm House, and the Jaśminowy Mokotów investment. Each session included exterior architectural photographs taken at different times of day to capture changing light conditions and the evolving mood of the spaces. To clearly present the scale of the developments and their relationship with the surrounding urban fabric, aerial photography using a drone became a natural extension of the ground-level images. An important aspect of these sessions was also showing everyday life within the developments. After initial discussions with the client, we decided to include people in selected scenes, which allowed shared spaces, courtyards, and recreational areas to be presented as actively used environments rather than empty architectural forms. This helped to better reflect the design intentions and emphasize the functionality of the residential spaces. Each session resulted in a cohesive visual narrative in which architecture, urban layout, and human presence complement one another. The final photographic material can be used both for promotional purposes and as a clear, authentic presentation of the quality and character of Skanska’s residential projects.
